Park and Facility Rental Information and Rates
If you are interested in making a reservation for one of TCSD's parks or facilities, please visit the following website: TCSD Facilities Information and Rental. At that site you will find detailed information, directions, and availability regarding each of TCSD's facilities. After checking availability, contact our office at (415) 388-6393 and then you must complete the following three (3) forms : - Review and complete this Application / Contract Agreement ;
- Review and initial this Rental Conditions and Requirements ;
- Review and complete this Alcohol Management Policy
(this form is needed only if alcohol may be available at your event).
To secure your reservation, Fax, mail, or drop off these forms to our offices at 305 Bell Lane, Mill Valley (Fax: (415) 388-4168).
PLEASE NOTE: Jumpees are ONLY allowed at the Cabin!
The above forms can be viewed by clicking on the form name (above). Then print and fill out each form. When the forms are completed, then fax or deliver them to the TCSD Office (see address and phone number at the bottom of this page).

Refundable Deposit for Security/Cleaning: $500.00

We require Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1 million.

Eastwood Park / Kay Park -- (2-hour minimum):

Refundable Deposit of $25 for any Park reservation.
This is now required for adherence to rental terms
There are 2 tables available for rental - at Eastwood Park only. The fee is $5 per hour per table.
NO Jumpees allowed at Eastwood or Kay Parks.
Cancellation Policy COMMUNITY CENTER:
30-days (or less) cancellation fee:
The District retains 100% of the deposit unless the facility is re-booked , in which case the District shall be entitled only to a $50 re-booking fee.
There is a $50 fee for cancellation (or change of date request) 6 months to 31 days prior to the scheduled date of your event. Directions to all our Facilities & Parks
